Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Germany & Europe: 7–15 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders outside the EU, customs fees or import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
